Refund Policy – KeyStore

Because digital products are activated immediately, our refund policy follows strict guidelines to ensure fairness and transparency.

Refunds ARE Accepted If:

• The code is not working, and you provide valid proof (screenshot/video).

• You received the wrong product by mistake.

• You did not receive your key within a reasonable time and we failed to deliver it.

Refunds Are NOT Possible If:

• The digital key has already been activated.

• Activation fails due to customer issues (region lock, wrong device, banned account).

• You changed your mind after receiving the product.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at sales@keystore.ae   with:

• Order number

• Screenshot of the issue

• Email used during purchase

We review all cases within 24 hours.
